    I love it

Froch lowers his demands, prevents the fight from falling through if it went to purse bids, travels to the states ALL on his 1st defence rather than taking a tomato can mandatory!.........And you all rag on him :S

He is EXACTLY the kind of champion boxing needs. Exciting, puts his heart on the line AND ducks nobody.

If you don't appreciate Carl Froch you're not a boxing fan - you're just biased racially, nationally or through fan driven blindness.

    SERIOUSLY GUYS - WTF!?!?!?!?!?

Taylor is a fantastic boxer with great skills but doesnt strike me as the kind of fighter who likes a war of attrition, and that is the way I see this fight going, also,Froch is a much better fighter than a lot of people here(ones who havent seen him fight) give him credit for.I reckon Froch wins by late stoppage or narrow but unanimous decision.

I really like Froch, always exciting to watch, and the fight with Pascal has definitely got him more fans.

Clearly some people haven't seen him fight, or are a tad biased.

That being said, I think it all depends on what Taylor shows up, I can't see Taylor KO'ing Froch though.

I think it will be a brilliant fight and I hope for a Froch KO, but in reality? I have no idea. Just the sort of fight boxing wants and needs.

I dont think JT is a marquee fighter. THe way Pavlik schooled him makes me think JT is limited.
But although Froch hasnt beat any great fighter, i think because he has yet to be exposed, by whoever he fought, he is a tougher boxer than people will give him credit for. Hasnt really fought anyone but ive seen enough of froch now to have a bit of faith in him.
I can see him doing very well against Taylor by what ive seen of froch. But it is another step up in class, so you never know for sure what will happen.

Looking at Taylors record , 2 wins against B-Hop , former undisputed middleweight champion , almost ko'd Pavlik in the first fight , I edge towards Taylor in this one . Looking at Froch's record , he's only really had one fight above domestic level really , Jean Pascal , even tho he's a big puncher I can't see him keeping that WBC belt for long .

You are an idiot....The Hoax did not school Taylor. Taylor was well on his way to winning the first fight, he had already dropped the Hoax before he himself got knocked out.

The second fight Taylor improved dramatically, he stayed off the ropes and KEPT HIS RIGHT HAND UP and because of this improvement, he took the Hoax to the distances ( I thought he won the second fight, but I'm not the official judge so my opinion is worthless).

Taylor has improved since his defeat, the Hoax has not...see Rubio vs. the Hoax for further details.

Though there's some similarities, Pavliks a fairly different style match up, and is more relentless than Froch imo. He can be pretty lazy with the jab too.

Those things allow JT to do what he does more, and be less deterred, as he was with Kelly at times.

I still think it's a close fight that depends how they turn up on the night mostly. But a top form Taylor wins without doubt. A 90% Taylor it's very close.

It's all in his hands really, and I wonder how much focus he has when he's admitted money is the most important thing for him. Froch has shown in fairness to him (as much as he's a c**t) that he's not fussed about money more about making a name for himself at last. Gotta admire that. He just doesn't have the cleverest team or mentality to create a masterful performance imo.
