    The Desert Storm is coming...

Ok we have talked about Ortiz, Pacman, Hatton, but seriously, why hasn't anyone mentioned Timothy Bradley? This guy is no slacker: elusive, solid power(only man to floor Witter), quick, tenacious, good footwork, chin, and intelligent.

Bradley has the skills to take over the division and yet no on is acknowledging that this man very well may clean out the division. I mean seriously, Witter was widely recognized as the Number 1 140 pounder and he took the belt away from him at his own house.

I know a lot of you haven't seen him, so if you haven't seen more then one of his fights please don't critique the man it is not fair to him.

I just think a lot of you are sleeping on a potentially great fighter.

Bradley does look like a very good fighter, solid all around. I'm looking forward to his fight with Holt.

actually he has been acknowledge as the heir apparent to the 140 throne, alot of fans here recognise his skills, speed, power and stamina.

its just a shame that we will probably not see him take on hatton any time soon. i see hatton retiring before bradley gets his shot against him, for the record i think bradley beats hatton.

If he beats Holt he'll own half the titles at 140. He will be unifying. I don't know if he can be ignored by Hatton as he likes to consider himself the 140 pound king, whoever wins the Pacman/Hatton fight will have to beat him to show the world they are the best in a division where no man holds more titles then he does. Then if he takes on Kotelnik and Urango he could unify the titles, I'd say he's more then capable of beating both those guys.

He may become a player just because he can easily unify the belts and take over. Kind of like how Tszyu slowly took over.

I was hoping he would fly under the radar, but the bastard bookies are on to him and make him favourite to beat Holt. No point placing bets as odds aren;t good.

Only the loser will have the slightest interest in fighting Bradley or Holt - and even then probably only if it's Hatton (Pac will fight JMM again, regardless). The winner will be looking for another 'superfight' against Marquez, Mosley or Cotto (assuming Floyd remains unavailable at a sensible price) to swell their retirement nest-egg.

Yeah, Bradley is now and the future of 140. He'll expose Ortiz easily.

I like Bradley, i think in a few years he'll be the man at 140. The main problem I see with him is his lack of KO power, which will make it hard for him to move up in weight effectively

Wow! Glad to see a few of you guys are giving him some serious love.

I don't think he has the best power, but I think he has a very good right hand that seems to get a lot of fighters in trouble. Although he is a bad finisher. If he can tune in his D just a little more he could move up. He is very elusive, and Whitaker was no power puncher, though he is not as good Whitaker(at least he hasn't proved to be near that level at this point) he may be able to out point a lot of fighters out there if he moves up. He is really a small guy I don't know if he can really move up to far.

I think Bradley may end up becoming the man by mid next year if he continues to win.
