    Juan Diaz is a hell of a fighter

    I know he got knocked out the other night, but you have to admit he is one hell of a fighter. He damn near knocked Marquez out a few times in the fight and remained competitive and was even winning exchanges right up until the end. I thought his loss to Nate Campbell was just tough luck, this fight he definitely lost to the better fighter, but either way he's a hell of a fighter and deserves props. I don't know too many athletes let alone boxers who could be a full tiime student and be among one of the elite.

    Juan Diaz is a very very good young fighter with a lot ahead of him and everyone should be happy this guy is in the sport right now. In my opinion he is one of the class acts and a true warrior.

    Give it up for the Baby Bull.

        Just look at the first round, Diaz was there to FIGHT. All business. Gotta love that.

          I like Juan Diaz alot and he's certainly very entertaining but I think he defintely has a problem seeing his own blood trickle down his face......

            I think Diaz is little overrated he didnt almost KO Marquez but he land great shots.
            JMM cannot be KOd!

                Even though Marquez proved he was the better fighter and deserved the win 100%, at the end of that fight, I was much more impressed with Diaz. Idk how to explain that, but...

                Diaz is clearly the best at LW if Marquez moves up. I think his loss to Campbell was probably a bad night as well... he is just too good.

                Watching him against Cotto, Freitas, Diaz and Katsidis was just incredible. I can't believe he is only 25 years old. Just incredible.

                  Dude, you should really watch the fight again. JMM was more hurt than at any time with Pacman.

                  I think he beats Funeka handily.
