When is kessler going to step it up ?

After 11 years of fighting as a pro, super middleweight champion Mikkel Kessler (41-1, 31 KOs) has fought frighteningly mediocre competition consisting of a whole slew of fighters that I’ve frankly never heard of in my life. I had hopes that Kessler would start stepping it up after his fighting with Joe Calzaghe in 2007, but since then Kessler has continued fighting soft opponents and failed to step it up against a quality fighter like IBF light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson.

As soon as a 'step-upper' signs to fight him. It's not because of lack of trying to get the big fights.

its very difficult for a european fighter to get the big fights stateside and when your as good as kessler is because they cant stand a european especialy a british one going over there and beating there man, plus they always tell us they cant get the money together for it or there aint enough intrest, i get tired of hearing these exceuses but thats the way it is, Kessler would fight any man, he went in with Calzaghe and he showed his caliber, i realy want to see Kessler get to the states and do what we no he can, plus it further raises the profile of calzaghe who is still under rated stateside, and another calzaghe victim made a come back the other week Byron Mitchel with a 6th round stoppage so maybe they could get him in with Kessler, plus another two victims of calzaghe are getting it on soon RJJ and the under rated ****y gob ****e Shieka so there is plent y going on and Kessler realy should be out there fighting, Chad Dawson, carl froch, jerman taylor, Pavlick the list goes on and all are in fear of Kessler he shoud fight them but they will do all they can to avoid him.

I don't think he wants to fight at LHW now. He wants to be the man at 168. So that rules out most of those. I would like to see him fight Taylor, Froch, Miranda or Bute and then move up to LHW to finish his career.
