Neither Mosley or Mayweather are mega attractions. Mosley needs a Fernando Vargas, ODLH or a Margarito in the opposite corner to generate a huge response. Look at the Mayorga fight, the venue was empty.

Now look at Mayweather, who needs a ODLH or Hatton to generate big money. Mayweather has never been a big gate attraction on his own.

Plus 8 million is a respectable offer for a fight.

It's not enough to bring a top fighter who doesn't need money out of retirement. Pac is getting a guaranteed $12 million against Hatton, with up to $20 possible from PPV etc.. It figures that Mayweather would want more than Pac is getting, and that he'd find $8 million insulting in the circumstances. We're not talking about money for the next fight for a fighter who was going to have another fight anyway; we're talking about money to lure someone out of retirement who is happily retired, and you have to pay a premium for that.

im not a mayweather fan, but i say fu@% it give him something close enough like 13-15 mil plus incentives and make the pac vs mayweather fight happen, but i don't think he deserves that kinda money because he beat an old ODLH and Ko'd Hatton, ever since those two wins it's like his sh!+ don't stink, i'd like to see Pac have a crack at him
