I don't think he'll go down. He only goes down from sharp countershots, something Diaz is not adept at doing.

Has Marquez really fight a fighter like Diaz yet? He will have to get used to the 4-5 punch combos from Diaz. Plus Diaz body work is not to shabby. Sux when 2 of your fav fighters go at it.

I say none, Diaz doesn't have any real pop to his punches and JMM is too skilfull to get hit that much by Diaz. I like Diaz, he's a solid boxer and good kid but I got my boy JMM for this one, he might school him just as easy as Nate did.
