I think he beats everybody at 154. at 147 the only one that i can see giving him trouble is clottey and maybe cotto depending on how he took the Margarito loss. But at 160 i say AA and KP both knock him out and FS decisions him

After he deals Winky his final loss and retires him he will move to wherever pleases him most. This may be 147, it may be 154 or a title fight at 160.
All I know is that there is noone to challenge his incredible workrate, power, speed, chin and angle work.
Williams KO 147-160 in 2.
But yo, Williams is a beatable fighter. That's not saying he's a bad fighter, but there's plenty of guys from 147-160 that would give Williams problems.
Cotto
Pavlik
Abraham
Clottey
Angulo
Maaayyybbeee Martinez just cause of his style.
Ive been saying that Williams is a tall fighter, but he doesn't use his reach like many people think. The fights with Margarito and Quintana, he was on the inside most of the time and ironically he got outboxed on the outside by Quintana in their 1st fight.
He's good and Im looking forward to seeing him progress, but he is a beatable guy, no question.

After rewatching the Verno Phillips fight and seeing what a great chin the Punisher has, as well as a complete willingness to mix it up whenever it pleases him... I really don't think anyone from 147-168 can trouble him. I would honestly pick Williams over every fighter at 168, including Kessler who I think would be knocked out by Williams in a close battle.
The Punisher just has too much.
