when we see pre-fight preps during big bouts on tv, while getting their hands wrapped where do we see the fighters looking a large amount of the time? when they finish wrapping, what do they ask the fighter? if he didn't know he should be severely punished for negligence. i'm not buying it!

you do realize that this is the first time he or his trainer have been accused of doing this right??? But u know what lets just go ahead with your logic that Capetillo has done this for all of Margarito's big fights. okay if that has happened all his fights don't you think that opposing trainers would have noticed the illegal wrapping/possible illegal substance that Margarito was using??? Or are you saying that every single opposing trainer that has faced up against Margarito except for Richardson are complete idiots and know nothing about hand wrapping?? even though most of them have over probably 20 to 30 to 40 years of handwrapping experience!!!! and if they didnt know trainers who have that much experience now why the hell is it so far-fetched to assume that Margarito had no idea what Capetillo was doing?? I'm just using your own logic against you. The fact is we have no idea if Margarito truly knew and the fact that everyone is on a witch hunt with him is plain disgusting.

See i might be a huge Margarito fan but i'm not ****** i know when to admit when somebody is wrong. and i admit whether Margarito knew or not that he deserves to be suspended along with Capetillo for their carelessness and danger that they could have caused even if it wasnt intentional! But i refuse to like just about everyone has done in the boxing world judge margarito the wrong way without knowing all the facts and the fact is we have no idea if Margarito knew what was going or not. Hell we still dont even know if it was plaster that they used! it could have just been extra wrap and perhaps another illegal moist substance. and u know i find it funny a Trinidad fan judging another fighter of illegal wrapping lol!

Good point... it's not about trying to clear Margarito from any responsibility, but I believe that Steward might have just a little more knowledge of the role of a trainer than most of us. And don't hate me for this people... but I think Steward might know just a little bit more about being a trainer than Cotto.

Everyone here on boxing scene seem to think that they are some geniuses lol. Some people probably think i'm trying to say that Margarito is completely innocent of everything and that everythin charged against him is complete bull****. but honestly that is not what i am trying to do! i just want for Margarito to be judged based on facts not opinions and their own conclusions. Look if Margarito knew what was going on that he was cheating then i support any suspension put against him hell i wouldnt even be able to argue against a complete ban from boxing. but again for the millionth time there is no fact that suggests margarito knew what was going on and i'm trying open people's eyes to different possibilities!

Your doubt about why no other trainer saw this...all I have to do is say this...Maybe just maybe many of the fighters trainers did not believe that scum like Margarito and his trainer existed (I mean I wouldnt of believed it either) but proof is in the wraps. If you remember ,Maybe they trusted the inspector that already passed one of the wraps before Naz even saw it. I mean I would think that the inspector was doing his job too. Maybe alot of other trainers thought so too.....which isnt too hard to believe.....especially if your not sucking Margarito's D***.

saying that margacheato didn't know what was on the wraps is ******. a boxer with 15+years of experience that didn't know/how about wraps is plain ******. he's just lucky to get only 1 year thinking in the damage that he can do with that.

also why he always said that he's a slow starter but on the fight with golden johnson he was on the guy from the beginning. maybe he had the plaster-like substance. and i'm just saying this because the only ones guilty are capetillo and margacheato for creating this. now this will hunt them forever.
