Punch for punch I think Mayweather has more pop. Pac is the type of fighter that makes you feel his power from the opening bell. Mayweather starts slower and increases amount of lead rights as the fights gets going. Floyd does fight saftey first but does damage when he gets comfrotable. Mannys style is to attempt to do damage from the start and his style doesn't allow him to fight as safe as Mayweather. The end conclusion is it would be fun to watch them fight each other.

Flyweight to be exact.
P4P I'd say he is a stronger puncher.

Mayweather might have a little bit more natural power but its not that big of difference and Pacquiao makes you feel the power throught the fight as he wears you down with his great power from all sorts of angles. Mayweather on the other hand can put a good smack but then lets his opponents recover by playing it safe and instead wears down his opponents with his speed. then finishing them off with great precise power punches. its funny how they are very similar in some ways like comparable speed, power, even size i think and yet how they complete opposites in that ring! Pacquiao the exciting brawler and Floyd the conservative boring boxer. Floyd used to be kind exciting though but at the lower weights...

at 140 and 147 floyd's speed is so much faster in comparison to his opposition hence why such lopsided fights.
same as why manny has looked sensational in his fights at 135 and 147.

He could have still been a exciting fighter like Pac has done at the higher weight classes. Pacquiao hasnt gone completely crazy at the higher weights he has been a lot more careful and improved his timing but at the same he still uses his speed to land exciting flurries that his opponents dont see coming! Mayweather could have easily fought at a similar style while still using his tremendous defense but well i just think his 0 was too important to him that made him refuse to take any risks...
look at how punchdrunk his uncle and dad is......can't blame him.
only special guys like duran can utilize their defense skills while on the offensive......floyd jr. ain't no duran.
