I'm not sure what happens. The fight will still be on this is why, if he's suspended he's suspended by the California Comish, Nevada and new york have nothing to do with their judgement so he can pretty much still fight anywhere else outside of california.

fans should know that in sports of all level high school-professional the athletes will always try to give them self an advantage. Im sure there is a few people that have done this in boxing. The pats taped their opponents, a marathon runner didn't really run the whole marathon, shane used steriods, vargas used steroids, tito had illegal wraps, gsp is beign accused of vaselining his whole upper body in bjpenn fight, jordan used to push off, ewing used to hook you with the elbow, sprinters used steroids, chineese gymnast were too old etc etc etc! It's sports and people whatever they can to give them the best chance.

Yea people most of the time cheat in sport, but they way they do is to define whether was severe or not, if they put peoples lives in danger, so if Margarito did cheat in this way he should be punishable for TRYING to bring back the 1983 fight with Resto and Collins which ended in tragedy, this shouldnt be going on like that, maybe a bit more padding or what not but the way they found out to be? no, no excuse, a shame in his game.

Not unless he's actually suspended from boxing all together. Also, his license might be taken away.

Nevada and New York commision are likely to ban Margarito from fighting in their cities if he's found guilty by the California state commision. This happened with Tyson. One commision banned him so the others followed.

If you knew something about boxing, other than nuthugging mexican fighters, when a fighter is suspended by a major commision all other commisions follow suit.
