I ask ...Why does it take so long for a billion dollar business like boxing to find out what substance was being applied to Margarito's wraps?
I mean we can get a DNA test quicker.
Could it be they already know and are now investigating the past?
Could it be they are trying to find away to cover all this up and allow Margarito to bring a little more money into the sport?
