The evidence is there of the two fights. It's like you want to take it or interpretate that is the problem.

For example, the Kennedy conspiracy. Everyone knows that he was murdered by the government, and they let that pass. Another example, the case of OJ Simpson, everyone knows that he killed his wife, the jury, the public, even the judge who presided over the trial knows that he killed his wife. But what they did? They let him free. So dont tell me that a boxing commission would not do it to look better to the public and other committees.

About the Cotto fight look at the video of margos Corners asking him how is the punch, look at Cottos face and compare it to Collins. Listen to Collins Sr testimony, look at the picture of Margos handwraps all blody right after the Cotto fight, and read when Naz says the hard gauze with plaster like substance, was wet, hard and bloodie. Look at how Margarito look against Mosley, when they took his wraps away.

As the lawyers would say it: all of your evidence is circumstantial. You can't prove anything from the Cotto fight. There's been fights where opponents end up worse than Cotto did. I can show you a lot of pictures from the internet of the outcomes after a hard fought battles and believe me some of them are worst than Cotto's.
The comments made from his trainer of "how is the punch" can mean a lot of things, such as how is Cotto's punch or strength. (This has already been posted in another thread.)

And come on, with a fighter who only blocks punches with his face, his trainer asking him how is the power of Miguel's punches is only natural.
His trainer asked that because Marg was being hit by solid, clean punches. The number of clean solid punches he recieved was nowhere near the same ammount he took in either the William's fight or the Cintron fight.
Sure Williams threw an exorbitant amount of punches, but nowhere near the amount of solid power punches Cotto threw.

I see what you are trying to say but like I said Cotto was leaning into uppercuts throughout the fight, now I'm not an expert in Physics but I'm sure if you keep leaning into an uppercut with your face, it will show the affects, especially if that uppercut came from a professional boxer.
