Mayweather fought Oscar at 154 a weight where he had a title and was ranked number one. Come fight night Mayweather was 149 and Oscar was over 160.
Pacman fought Oscar at 147. A weight where he did not fight in 7 years. He comes into the fight 147 he was weight drained. Pacman was 148 he outweighed Oscar

Does it matter? Margarito was claiming he was the most feared man at the time. Why not fight Winky at 154.

Baldomir has better resume and once was lineal champion of the WW division. Was Diaz lineal champion of the LW division??

It does matter, he's available to fight all top names in his division and defend his title, Floyd on the other hand finds easy fights on other division that represent better money. There's no way in hell you'll convince anyone he has more balls than Margarito.
