I hope this story isnt true. No way should Ricky back down, not after it was agreed at 50-50. The principal is important.
I'd fight someone else.

Pac is the better boxer, and Pac has more options.
Like i said, had Hatton taken on Bradley and Witter, it would have been 50/50 easily, no way will Pac settle with 50/50.
Pac is taking the bigger risk, not Hatton

BUT i would pay, BIG money to watch what is potentialy the greatest match up in all of boxing at present.
There are no 2 boxers id rather watch fight. Hatton is showing that he truly believes he will win, Pac should do the same and show some compromise.

Pacquiao's always been a favpurite fighter of mine ever since I first came across him and even though I'm British I'm not a huge fan of Hatton's hugging style but after all this bs being reported you know what? I hope Hatton summons the power to beat him - anything other than 50-50 is just greedy. Hatton's as big a name in the US as Pacquiao as far as revenue is concerned (half the bloody UK travels to watch him fight), and brings in more television money also and so if anything 50-50 is generous on his behalf. Bloody ego's along with politics ruin the best fights.

Great, another counter offer, then a counter counter offer, then a counter counter counter offer.
See Hatton wants and needs this fight for himself, he budged.
