Look at it like this, you have been busting your ass at work for years and have been doing your job above the other guy who is just a mediocre employee. The mediocre employee brings in customers because he has good customer service relations, but as far as the overall job of the employee, he performs at a mediocre level, doesnt close customers, does the minimum, etc.

Now heres you, you dont bring in that many employees but close customers the second you engage with them. You get the overall job done in an extremely impressive fashion getting all the assignments complete and sometimes going above and beyond expectations. You been nominated employee of the year by your peers numerous times. You even handled the responsibility of the manager which wasnt your job anyways but you accepted the task and completed the challenge in an extraordinary fashion.

Now ask yourself, dont you feel you deserve more the Mr. Mediocre who only brings in customers but never closes the deal or performs the job in an extraordinary level.

Hatton is mediocre, Pac gets the job done in extreme fashion. Hatton is going to bring in the huge PPV's cause he is fighting Pac and its an interesting matchup that UK fans want to see. So Pac is also drawing in the UK fans cause if Hatton was a huge draw in the UK fans then his last fight with Paulie would of done 1mil UK buys and not of been FREE on HBO in the U.S.
