Honestly.....I dont think Pacman thinks he can beat Hatton at 140.

Which is why hes demanding more money....

Its unrealistic for people to think because he beat a zombie in Oscar....that he can move up to 140....and beat the best fighter in the divison in their prime.....

It makes more sense for him to fight Floyd and get paid..get his ass kicked..then can say well hey Floyd is the best in the world and I did my best..........

Get your ass beat vs. Hatton and there is no Floyd fight......

Fight Floyd lose make millions.then you can still fight Hatton at 140.

Atleast thats what I think anyway.

    Thoughts?

He also negotiated a lot with Oscar and ended up with a better deal than originally offered. It's nothing to do with being scared, not thinking he can beat him, etc. It's business, and a demand for respect for who he actually is and his position in the sport of boxing.

I think that ridiculous. First Pacquaio is better than Hatton in every category, why he would be afraid of Hatton? Second he wont get his ass kick by Floyd, the better Floyd can do is run in circles potshoting to a boring desicion. You *****s are great at making everything to be about Floyd!!!

First, he's not moving up 140. He's moving down to 140 from 147.

Second, negotiating for a 60/40 split has nothing to do about being scared, but has more to do about Pacquiao realizing where he is in the sport. For example, Dela Hoya asked for a 70/30 split in his fight with Pacquiao, yet it did not mean he was scared, rather he knows his place in the sport.

Third, if Pacquiao moves to a different opponent, it would not hurt him. In all honesty, I would rather watch him fight Mayweather to find out who's the ultimate best P4P. If Pac beats Mayweather, Hatton would no longer have anything to base his offers on. And besides... Mayweather got his 60/40 split against Hatton, who at the time was the best P4P, so why is he now asking 50/50?

Honestly I was giving Hatton a very good chance at beating pac.

Maybe pac watched a few hatton fights and said i want more Money.

Probably because he has a lot of fans, lots of potential PPV buyers, and he thinks he's more important than he really is.

Once again, Pac doesn't need Hatton. It's the other way round. 60/40 in favor of Pac is not an unreasonable demand.

Seriously? What has Hatton done since getting demolished by Mayweather that makes you think he's that much of a threat to Pac?

And at that time, Fatton was already the bigger draw, also, there's no debating whose fans were at the fight, that **** was like 80% Brits.

Seriously what has Pacquiao done to make you think he can beat the man at Lighwelter?

Beat David Diaz? Or maybe beat a version of ODLH that can't pull the trigger?

Hatton would easily beat David Diaz and the DLH that showed up on december 6th.
