its good to see margaritos leftovers battling it out. i hope both these men can prove they were not ruined by margarito even though i think the evidence is clear that margaritos lethal punching power has ruined these fighters.

So he isnt fighting Clottey? Now Martinez instead?

So now instead of being bludgeoned over 12, and getting some internal damage he will instread get his faced peppered by jabs, and counters and come out all swollen up like he ran into a hornets nest.

Either way not a happy ending for Kermit.

What the hell happened to Clottey-Cintron? The media has been jumping the damn gun too much here lately. Someone throw Clottey a bone, the kid deserves the opportunity to shine.

This is a interesting match up between two guys whos only loses are to Antonio Margarito, and with Cintron moving up to 154 it should interesting to see if he is stronger at that weight and if he can deal with Martinez's speed.

I think that Sergio Martinez is to fast for Cintron and will outbox him to win a clear 12RD UD

If Shane doesn't beat Margarito, have Berto vs Clottey for the Summer (apparently there was an agreement for a Mosley vs Berto fight, but not sure if it's still the next option for Berto).

It's hard to blame the promoter if even Clottey's mandatory contender won't fight him.

It's good to see the Margarito loser's bracket makes for some pretty good fights.

All joking aside though, I think a lot of you guys are overrating Martinez, he has a couple of decent wins and Cintron will actually be the first time he takes a step up to world class since Margarito (who was nowhere near world class at the time that he beat his ass, wearing a winnie the pooh beanie into the ring for added effect).

This will be a good fight and Martinez is talented and more adapted to the wieght so he should be the favor but don't count Cintron out, he's never lost to a guy who wasn't able to bully him around.

Wow, a killer card just got better. The only problem is that it's on Valintines Day. Man, I'm going to be itching to see this, but Mama is going to expect something special on this day my brothers. How the heck are we going to show the ladies a good time and still see this live? I mean, I'll watch it DVR if I have to, but let's face it, sports aren't near as exciting when not watched as they happen.

Change the card to the 13th!
