if he gets past collazo.. and mosley loses to margarito, i see that fight definitely being made.
So you saying if he wins agaisnt Collazo, he will fight the winner between Margarito and Mosley. Is he really ready for either of the two? I mean I really I can't see him in par with those names, YET. Maybe after he wins against Collazo, he could defend his title once again, against Carlos Quintana.

I said if Mosley loses to Margarito.. I can see him fighting him... (Mosley)

And can i see Berto fighting right with a 37 year old Mosley who just got done fighting Margarito? Absolutely.

That could be a FOTY candidate.

I like that matchup between the two, you could say it would be just like Pac vs Dela Hoya as passing of the torch aye? But this time its Mosley passing the torch to Berto as the new big name in boxing. I hope Mosley could atleast make the Margarito fight competitive, so a fight with Berto could get much more attention. Im not saying Margarito going to murder Mosley but sadly he won't going to win.

Mosely isn't as gone as DLH, though. And the match up in termss of physical size is much more even. Wouldn't be nearly as big of an upset if Berto won than it was when Pac won. But it is a passing of the torch kind of fight, I agree.

If you're not excited by this guy's performance by NOW, then he'll never live up to your expectations or standards.

The guy has super speed, accuracy, great footwork, works hard in & out of the ring to put on exciting shows.
How many others are on the fast track of 5+ fights a year like him?
Complete or incomplete this guy IS "A BIG THING" already.
Even if he beats Callozo this Saturday the critics will say, "yea, he beat Callozo, but Callozo's not one of the Elite"

Well at age 25, if he fails against the Elite, he'll STILL have time to make a comeback.

Either way this guy lives up to his hype with EACH PERFORMANCE!

Berto shouldn't be at this stage either but thats by the by.

He looks promicing, I'm not backing against him going far, he's doing the right thing by working slowly upwards in class, if he need holding back at a level thats fine, too many young prospects are being thrown to the wolves for me.

Tere is a lack of patience in boxing today, PPV's and the rush for $$ are probably the reason for that.

In many ways bradley was fortunate it was Witter who has more bad nights than good he was thrown in with, I can think of others not so fortunate.

Yeah, Mosley and Berto physical is about even. That's why I'm very intrigue about this fight more, I wanna see how Mosley going to handle Margarito. It would be good a tell if someone like Berto could handle the giants in his division. Berto has indeed have a bright future, so many exciting matches could be made against any fighter in his weight class. I just hope he will beat Collazo tho.
