    Im a huge hatton fan

but i just cant see him winning this...its like another floyd fight, the only thing is this time he is at his best weight....but still doesnt seem to be the same hatton from before the loss...

I think pacman will win, hopefully there will be a good ref (fair one) but i doubt pac will be getting involved much on the inside...even freddy said hes not ****** enough to fight hatton on the inside....

I do think hatton could pull off a win tho, maybbbee even a knockdown but not a knockout lol i just think pacmsn to quick for hatton, and he lands alot of them straight punches that ricky tends to walk straight into.

Against Lazcano he was clearly out of shape and he wobbled mainly out of exhaustion. Urango made him squeal with some good body shots - but Urango is a murderous hitter.

The acid test for Hatton's chin was Tszyu. Yes, Tszyu was on his way out, but he still had sledgehammers for fists. I can't believe people in here are saying Hatton's never faced someone with Manny's power. Here's a question in return: how long could Manny stay upright against someone with Tszyu's power?

Hatton may well be the hardest hitter Manny's faced (I'll discount ODH because he shouldn't have been anywhere near the ring that night). I love Manny to bits. He's one of the most entertaining fighters I've seen in my life. And he's a nice guy, too. But the fact remains that if you keep moving up the weight divisions sooner or later you're going to find yourself outgunned. Whether Hatton will be that fighter I don't know.

My prediction for the fight: a bloodbath.

I have Manny as a slight favourite because of his speed and accuracy. But he won't have an easy time of it. Hatton *will* close the ring down and look to unload to the body. The question is - how much damage will he accumulate on the way in? I don't think Hatton will be too troubled by Manny's power early on. He'll walk through it up to rounds four or five. At that point he'll either have taken so much damage he'll be forced to back off or sapped a hell of a lot of stamina from his opponent.

It's all a question of distance. If Manny maintains it he'll either win by TKO (to cuts) or late KO. If Hatton removes it I think it'll be a long, hard night for Manny. Hatton by KO (body/head shot) - rounds 7 - 9.
asking this question leads me to believe that you never say the judah fight.... yes kostya knocked him out with a lucky shot, but up until that point he was being schooled by the faster, meaner, and more slick fighter..... pac at 140 destroys tszyu.

And i have to say that i simply dont believe the hype about hattons power...... i dont think he hits harde tan jmm.... ive seen jmm knock ppl ******, something ive never seen from hatton.

manny wont be surprised by rickys speed, simply because ricky doesnt have very fast hands..... his footspeed is impressive, but his handspeed is mediocre at best

What the **** does the Judah fight have to do with Tszyu's power? So what that Judah schooled him early on. Judah's schooled a lot of people early (including Mayweather). But the fact remains that Tszyu was a massive hitter and proved it when he made Zab do the chicken dance.

              "Lucky shot" my ****ing arse.

one perfect shot..... how often does this happen for a single fighter????????? u would be lucky to land 1 perfect shot in you career.
for instance, tarver-jones 2, or jones vs. hill

I thought that you were implying that pac wouldnt stood up to tszyu's power..... i simply responded by saying that it wouldnt matter because tszyu wouldnt hit pac clean.... neither will hatton

who predicted mosley knockin marg out? noone did and really meant it..... if before it actually happened i predicted it, you would be saying that im wrong as well.....

anything can happen in the ring..... punching power is not based on size..... its based on your positioning when you throw your punches........ Rickyleads in the air, jmm stays grounded...... jmm has more power
