why Floyd can be beaten ....

Zab Judah, ODLH, and Castillo have at least won 3 rounds
    each against Mayweather ...

Pacquiao can outwork and out hustle all of those fighters....
So Pacquiao just has to exceed those standards by 3 for a draw
    or a victory ..

Mayweather was knocked down by Judah even though
the ref did not count it ...Imagine what Manny can do ..

I see it as a split decision or a draw ...
If Manny wins it will be because of scored KnockDowns ...

Manny is not gonna get KOed < ---guaranteed
    Slim chance Mayweather gets KOed

It goes to the cards ...

      Floyd Mayweather has Mastered BOXING.
The Sport is called BOXING, not brawling...!

Floyd Mayweather IMO, is the most Skilled and Technically COMPLETE BOXER that ever lived.

This is why he will never lose. He has MASTERED boxing.

Just look to what he did to JMM

      Final PunchStat Report

      Mayweather
      290 / 493 Total Punches [ 59%]
      185 / 316 Jabs [ 59%]
      105 / 177 Power Punches [ 59%]

      Marquez
      69 / 583 Total Punches [12%]
      21 / 288 Jabs [ 7%]
      48 / 295 Power Punches [16%]

Total domination by Floyd who held Marquez to single digit connects in every round.
Floyd distributed his attack, landing 59%of his power shots and 59% of his jabs.
Floyd landed more jabs each round than Marquez did total punches.
Floyd’s performance was reminiscent of Roy Jones’ domination of Reggie Johnson. Jones outlanded Johnson 276-48, but one can’t place Johnson in the same class as Marquez, and future Hall of Famer.
I tend to agree that Floyd is the most skilled technician in boxing but there are intangibles present in any fight......intangibles that we are certain Manny possess and the same intangibles that Floyd may or may not possess......we don't know, but I think will find out in the fight with Manny. Don't expect a display of boxing where Floyd just dominates Manny Horus, but his skills may get him to hard hard fought UD.....I just want to see how he handles adversity in the ring.

Your logic makes sense. The problem is that NO ONE has won more than three rounds against Mayweather even though Oscar received a favorable gift. That uncounted knockdown was the only significant punch that Judah landed. Marquez landed more than 300 punches against Pac in their second fight. He landed 60 against Mayweather. Pac won't do any better

LMAO@ 3 rounds...u know there are 12 rounds in a fight right?...How many rounds did Marquez win vs Pac in 2 fights?

How many rounds did Marquez win vs Mayweather?

So you think a guy that has never been Knocked out before and is the most difficult person to hit in boxing today has a better chance of getting knocked out than a guy who has been Ko'ed and is easier to hit?

            Damn!

what up easy work---you and see the truth just like big james and i do---this thread, although old, makes so much sense---it was a great thread--and one thing floyd also does well--is move left and right--not just one way---his rhythm throws his opponents off and keeps them off balance enough not to land anything effectvie--manny will just another one of these victims--add to this--manny will look lie he just started boxing when he fights floyd--don't expect manny to land more than 20% in total punches against floyd---and for all of the smart ass posters who will say landing 20% won't matter when one of those punches will knock floyd out--don't fool yourselves bitches---floyd will be so accurate with his punches--manny isn't hard to hit at all---never has been--never will be--floyd controls his punches well also--meaning from his stance to how he positions his body right before he throws them--whether from a feint--moving backwards/forwards, or standing straight up--he knows when and where to throw them---and his punches are thrown beautifully--not sloppy like manny's...floyd throws his ja sharp--perfectly sharp--he feints sharp---he throws combos sharp when he chooses to---

this is a key factor guys--floyd's sharp punches---he has a beautiful style--but he fouces on how his punches look--no wide looping punches unless he sees an opening to throw one and land it--i'm not a science or math teacher but if we talk about distance vs velocity and stuff like this--floyd has the perfect style---he can counter off of the block--meaning manny can throw a jab--floyd'll slap with down and counter over it--throwing manny off guard---and--like hedid with jmm--and someone has a gif of it in their avatar and it says--how to counterpunch--juan throws a jab--floyd counters with a right hand and then ducks under juan's hook immediately afterwards, and didn't get hit---that's pure skill and brilliant knowledge of the art---manny has nothing for floyd but a title and +1 in floyd's win column---

Pacquaio would land the least number of punches he has ever land for years, He has been luck enough to have big name mexican who were either at the end of their careers or been in wars and are worn out.

If he can be has impressive like he has been recently against one of the best slick fighters of our generation then he would definitely be in my top 25 or 30 ATG.

The most fundamental reason that Floyd never lost, is that he is a A+ fighter that is not fighting against A+ fighters bigger than him at their prime.

He picks opponents that he knows he will succeed. But yes, even if he had fought everyone avaible he would still hold a chance of being undefeated, he is an A+ fighter, a very good one.

Mayweather is the only A+ fighter around, No one come close to him, He alway have to look down others have to look up to fighting him, We now have Manny who can also claim to be an A+ fighter so thats why am glad this fight would come off.
