I don't understand why Dana White cares so much about the state of boxing.....if boxing gets better, wouldn't some fans flock to boxing?? I don't get it...

MMA =
Dana White needs to shut his ****sucker & go back to watching his ****-errotic spot. He only brings up this ****** ****ing comments to try to win over boxing fans & get publicity.
When was the last time you heard Oscar, DiBella, Arum, King, etc open their mouths & talk **** about MMA? None that I can think unless it was an provoked interview. That's because they don't give 2 ****s about men dry humping and don't acknowledge it.

I think it is great MMA fighters get paid so less, it keeps them motivated without a doubt. They will only get more money if the UFC is around in 5years.
Boxing fans cant deny that the UFC fighters fight the best in the diviison in each fight something Boxing dont do now.

I don't know. You think Boxing can tap into the hardcore martial arts community?

Here's my take on this whole "Boxing is dead" thing. I have and still watch some great matches whether big in the mainstream eyes or small but as a true boxing fan I still see great fights and people supporting. Next year in 09 we have Berto/Collazo, Mosley/Margarito, Pacquiao/Hatton, etc....... I feel boxing is getting back on the right track and will only improve. People need to forget about there being only one belt to recognize who is the true champ in a division because boxing is still a business and people will continue to get paid.
We know who's making noise in the divisions and perhaps the under cards will get better because in these days and times it pays to be efficient. In my opinion boxing will never be dead because the sport's roots are grounded deep and there is always positive influence to coincide with the negative balancing it out. De La Hoya got beat and quit on his stool making way for a new mega star and more competitiveness being that the sport can now see Oscar is done for sure. Dana White needs to focus on his own ventures and continue to build his legacy and stop worrying about something that has been here before him and will be here after him.
