Fres Oquendo Team Takes a Hard Line With James Toney

POW Sports Entertainment who represents Fres Oquendo and the Oquendo camp request their Promoters Arena Boxing USA, specifically Mr. Ahmet Oner and Luis DeCubas, that they vehemently request and seek, from Versus (VS), and Goossen Tooter an immediate rematch against James Toney. Fres Oquendo will fight James “Fatburger” Toney in any venue other than the corrupt state of California, winner take all. If Fres does not knockout Toney, Oquendo will declare him the winner personally. We know that our promoter, Arena Boxing USA and Mr. Ahmet Oner can make this possible and we are begging him to make it happen. [details]

Fres Oquendo has been getting cheated on decisions for his entire career. He must not be paying Don King's bag men.

Mostly empty threats from broke Fres Oquendo. No way he has the financial wherewithal to pursue most of these cry baby threats for any duration of time.

I saw Fres winning in that fight too, but to try to sue the judges? It'll never happen.........

judges decisions shouldn't always be final. they should pick another 10 judges to score the fight again by watching the fight replay. but only in the case of robberies. close fights should not be re-judged.

wat do you mean? boxing should institute a "supreme court" to reverse decisions? GTFOH

toney should give him a rematch, he aint got **** better lined up, but this is the first time i heard a fighter trying to "sue" judges, and "sue" for a TOP 10 appointment, and "sue" the ref for making a JUDGEMENT CALL......this is rediculous. pursue a rematch, but this is taking it a lil too far......

by the way, appointing a "supreme court" doesn't definitely solve the problem. u can bet some of them will be just as corrupt as some of the regular judges appear to be in certain fights......
