Marquez - The Best
Wow, I respect the hell out of Diaz for fighting a sturdy guys like Marquez. Diaz is fast and aggressive but I have to go with the full packaged Marquez on this one. I have yet to see a fight where I think Marquez has lost. I won't be mad at Diaz if he wins though.
Go Marquez!

Good for boxing!
This is a great match... youth versus experience. both got great skills and power. It's a matter of who's got the heart as the fight goes on... if it would go the distance. I just think somebody's gonna hit the deck!

JMM is a good fighter no doubt about that. The problem with JMM is he doesn't pack the x factor. He can be a good trainer someday but not so much of a fighter to watch on TV.

Marquez is a good technician inside the ring, but he's not a big draw. His fight with Rocky Juarez attracted only 3,000 out of a 7,500-capacity venue. His biggest attendance was when he fought Manny Pacquiao. I think counter-punchers like Marquez are rather boring boxers. Only boxing purists like tacticians but purists alone don't fill seats, let alone the PPV buys. Marquez-Diaz should be an interesting fight and I think Diaz will win by decision.Last edited by membrane; 12-18-2008, 10:48 AM.

some of you fools are crazy, you must not really understand boxing, i love watching a tactition at work like jmm, i think watching someone as skilled as him at work is just as exciting as a ko imo. but on the fight, i would have to take jmm, he seems a lil more powerful at this weight and is still the slick boxer he has always been, i see him outclassing the younger diaz imo

diaz is young and strong, following the loss to nate,i think every one should consider him a live threat.remember he once held a few belts, and has never been hurt exept for the cut v.s. nate.jmm on the other hand is older been in more wars, came up in weight, and is fighting aguy that throws 1000 punches a fight it might be a long night for him
