People forget in 1993 when Mayweather was 16 years old he was ALSO fighting at 106, when he won national Golden Gloves championships. Manny P and PBF at 16 both were 106 fighter. If Mayweather turned profession at the same age as Manny P he would have started at the same weight.

well for sure we know pbf handles the weight better than pac because he's fought above 140 lbs more times than pac has.

pbf is not that much bigger, but he can still make 140 if he wanted to.
