ok, clearly you are new to boxing. ignore anything that the wbo, wba, wbc and ibf do. they are corrupt. just go on their websites and look at their rankings and tell me if you recognize alot of the names in their top 10 for each division. and then go to the ring site and look at their rankings. Ring's ratings are based solely on accomplishments and those other belt organizations base their rankings solely on $$$$$$$. got it?
