No. Everybody called Samuel peter a coward for retiring on his stool against vitali klitschko. there is not many people in the boxing community that would have the balls to fight him and go as far as peter did.

I maybe with the minority here but im a firm believer in you don't quit no matter what...this "no mas" bull**** don't jive with me...but I do agree 100% that the safety of the fighter comes firts...but that's what the corner, ref, and docs at ring side are for...the corner needs to know their figher...they need to know that by the time most fighters decide to quit it maybe too late...perfect example is the Hatton Maglinine (sp) fight....Yeah doode got pissed that his manager stoped the fight but he didn't look like a puss-e and saved a bit of grace by not quitting...I lose repect for those who quit in the ring...maybe they should have some signal or something they can give to their corner so they know when to call the fight without the boxer actually having to quit infront of all the cameras and all their fans...
