    that is because American media is biased and American fans in general are biased towards fighters they have SEEN or are exposed to by their media and they are not likely to go out of their way to find out what some Eastern Euro champ is all about because American fan have a tendency to dismiss all Euro fighters

      most (not all) euro fighters are bums or protected. the US has bums and protected fighters too but we don't call them elite when they're not.

      case in point: berto would be a god in europe. in the US, he's just a titlist.

      Any Euro fighter who wants to be taken seriously needs to come to the U.S. They all do it, especiallly the best ones like Lewis.

        LOL @ anyone that thinks USA fans are panicking. Brits crack me up right off the top my head didnt Hatton, Witter, and Woods get owned by Americans. B Hop is American and Pavlik is still the top guy at 160, who is also american. The top 5 guys at 175 are American and the list goes on and on. Not sure why anyone would panic. Its the brits that should panic. Who really do you have?
