Hopkins didnt have the stamina to throw 1000 punches with you and you had the footwork to get in punching range to execute your game plan. Well done.. you won a sparring match against Hopkins while only suffering a knock down.
Styles do make fights. So you and your dad came up with the brilliant idea that you could do the same against Jones Jr. thinking he was washed up. I will admit he is not as good as he once was BUT he still has skills.. a lot more skills than you. Think about it. Hopkins knocked you on your ass in the first round and buzzed you all night with the right hand lead. Jones has more skills than Hopkins and imagine.. a faster much more powerful right hand. Jones is faster than you.. much faster than you and more powerful and more skilled than you. Syles make fights and Jones has the style to embarass you and he still has a lot more skills and ability than you. Picking Jones Jr. was a mistake.
