Cotto will never beat Margarito, ever. Tony while having lesser boxing skills is simply too big with a great chin and overwhelming stamina. I like Cotto myself but the facts are just that, facts. Tony walked through the best shots that Cotto could muster. Many of those shots would have put other guys down.

      Rematch ends sooner.
Everybody knows that Cotto isn't the type of guy that loves the gym. He likes to party a lot. Weeks before the fight he was seen in a famous strip club here in PR. We also can say that he trained alone because his relationship with Evangelista (his trainer/uncle) is very disfunctional and they hardly even talk to each other. He doesn't like to run outside, only on machines and had like 10 public trainings. I'm not trying to find excuses but all this things affect the boxers one way or the other.

I only say that if Cotto starts training how he is supposed to, quits drinking and partying during training and resolves his problems with Evangelista, he has the talent to beat Tony any day. I think he has learned his lesson and he will make the changes that need to be made for the rematch. Remember Cotto knows how to box, punch etc. Tony only knows how to come foward trowing punches and Cotto know his tricks already.
I'm saying if Cotto does what he needs to do in training its going to be Cotto by UD

Man, Cotto could have Angelo Dundee, Cus D' Amato, Emmanuel Steward and Freddie Roach in his corner and it won't change a thing. The physical advantages are simply too much for Cotto to overcome. All the proper training in the world isn't going to make up for his short stature or inability to reach Tonys body. He already tried the boxing angle and he got beat up in the process. If he tries to war with Tony he might get retired.

Man read what I said before... I know Cotto can't try to KO Tony... he just can't. Margo can take punches... I think no one can KO him but you have to agree with me that if Cotto boxes Margarito, theres no way Margo can win... I repeat!!!! If Cotto comes well prepared, with a good stamina, and does't try to KO Margarito, he will win the rematch by UD.

I agree with you man, I like Marg, but Cotto does have all the tools to beat Margarito, he just needs to sharpen them come the night of rematch.

As for hearing from you that Cotto likes to party? ****, thats pretty good but it's bad stuff for a boxer who is in his phase of training for a match. I guess we are just going to have to wait for a rematch to see who's the better fighter.

PS: Nice Avi, is that a PR Cap??
