There is too big of a demand for it lately and even more to come for Joe to just duck into retirement. He retires, everything Roy said, comes true. (as if it isn't already)
I'd love to see it happen, as would any true boxing fan, I just don't think it will.

But anyways, let's see how the Hopkins-Pavlik fight pans out, then we might have more of a clue of the possibilities. I can't wait for this fight! Being a fan of both these guys makes it difficult for me to root for either of them, though.

I'm not a fan of either Jones or Calzaghe and I don't give Roy much chance of winning this bout. Roy hasn't looked impressive in a long while. His fight with Trinidad shouldn't have gone the distance. He doesn't throw very many punches and his defense isn't nearly as good Hopkins' defense right now. If Roy uses that same cover up against the ropes defense that he used against Trinidad, Johnson, and Tarver, then he's going to lose.

I don't consider Calzaghe great right now. Many of the blows I saw landing in the Hopkins fight were landing on Bernard's shoulders. Not saying that Joe wasn't landing punches. Just saying that alot of them were landing on his shoulders. He did throw a lot of slaps, but it won the judges over. Hopkins should have thrown more straight combinations and counters and not rely on that one straight right hand that's seemed to become his one and only weapon as of late. Calzaghe is def. a good fighter, but if he were to retire today or after the Jones fight with a win, he's probably not someone who would get much mention from me in the future.

You could try. You never know. You might actually make a good boxing-related point for once.

Its funny how you complain about people "lying" or calling your favourite fighters "*******" or "duckers" then you go and do the same thing.

You're a laughing stock and a stunning hypocrite. Your jokes are "asshat" and "clownshoes". I dont think you're in a position to talk.
