Back track a year ago and the Hatton bandwagon was thriving

Now it's just squealpiggy and welter. It's kind of sickening how people just jumped off like that and call him garbage for losing to Floyd.

Yeah he isn't the most gifted fighter and he looked like **** in 2 rounds against Lazcano, but other then that he pretty much dominated. Sure he might not be in his top peak after Floyd, but I'd still pick him to beat a lot of the 140 pounders. I'd pick him to beat maybe some guys at 147 too.

A lot of fighters come back from a bad loss, so I never really held that against him. Although his weight is what's making me think so meh of him. Seeing him 'preparing' for his bout but also having to get carried into cars from being so drunk? I mean, he looked pretty bloated from the last pictures I had seen.

Through out the years his weight is the only thing that gets to me.

Hello... I was never on the Hatton bandwagon... and never will be. I picked him to lose to Tzsyu.. I picked him to lose Castillio FFS.. I picked him to lose to Mayweather and if you go check the Malinaggi VS Hatton poll.. my vote is there for you to see...

I simply Picked him over an even more Overated Jr Witter... which is where the myth that I like Hatton was born...

      just saying is all..

Its ok, I dont hate the guy... I did criticise Cortez's reffing in the Mayweather fight so that could also be misleading ..

Hatton would have lost by knockout in his last fight in the ref didn't jump in and give him a huge breather like a 40 second breather after being seriously hurt in the 10th round.

I'm still a Hatton fan, and although I do think he's on the slide, I think it's disgraceful how, after being beaten once by the P4P number 1 - He's suddenly not even a top 20 fighter and would get destroyed by any prospect people care to mention.

those people are like whores with you when you're on top and gone with the wind when you fall..sad sad very sad..hatton is better off without the bastards..i knew money may would tap dat ass but watching the 24/7 i found respect for hatton as a person and unlike sum british fighters atleast he had the balls to fight a great p4p fighter in their prime no shame in that

Hatton is still a beast in his division and that loss to the then P4P #1, shouldn't diminish his accomplishments or ability. He jumped up a division and took on the worlds best. Few with his record and ability to just stay in his division and beat pretty much whoever comes along, can say they've done that. I respect Ricky for his heart and that he battles on. I also have him owning Paulie and that sets up a pretty monster fight, if in the right venue, with Pac or JMM.
