2 are from "one punch KO's"

The other was from points to a guy that KO'ed him the last time they fought. Meaning he was scared and punch shy. (Also watch Round 5 of Tarver 3 and you will see a confident Roy)

Over all point. Jones has ONLY lost once on points and to a guy that had him punch shy and scared.

NOW, Joe Calzaghe. When was the last time lil joey KO'ed anyone. When was the last time he really hurt someone? When was the last time he actually followed through with his punches? When was his last wrist injury? Will he be 100% to fight? Think about..... I'm sure Roy has more than what I have..... There are MANY reasons why.

I mean why wouldn't he want to fight a ***** slapper... Think about lil guy...

Your a fighter and you have a weak chin, who do you want to fight?????????

I would want to fight a guy who gets knocked on his ass in the first round by a little punch thrown by a 43 year old man. I would want to fight a guy that only slaps and hasn't ko'ed anyone in years. i would want to fight a guy that I will have nothing to fear of other than his "work rate" in which he thinks is going to win him the fight. I want to fight this guy because this guy will make me lots of money........

But hey that's just me... I'm sure Roy has his thoughts on it as well.......
Kessler, with a body shot. Mik even admitted as much post fight.

I too think Roy wins this handily. This is one fight Joe's general lack of power and abandon of technical defense for offense works entirely against him. And it's true that Roy fears only power now. I almost don't want to count the Johnson K.O. against him because he showed such a fear of getting hit after Tarver 2 it led to him getting stopped in worse fashion. I was yelling at my t.v. for that fight. Glen is collecting rounds pounding away and Roy is just completely gun shy, winking into the crowd and **** like he was winning. Even if he didn't get stopped he would've lost that fight on points imv. Just scared to death from getting hit with a bomb after Antonio.

      I know.

Joe Calzaghe will present nothing of the kind. He will just try and over-whelm with his "pitty pat" (as Peter Manfredo a "World Class boxer" refers to them) punches.

People will see Roy Jones letting punches go and not fearing the KO which is the result of him losing back to back to back.......

Well in fairness to guys like Calzaghe who are volume puncher he could KO RJJ in this fight. Floyd is hardly a TNT puncher but he hits often enough to chip away at alot of guys until they fall. Calzaghe must hurt somewhat with his punches because Lacy's face didnt look all caved in prior to the fight.

Lots of people seem to think that Calzaghe's punches are literally like being hit by a baby girl holding a feather. Personally, I think it strange that Hopkins was so concerned with not allowing Joe to hit him, and that Joe has managed to dominate most opponents he has faced, if that were really the case. Oh well.

Yeah it's pretty funny how the guys that face him like Lacy, Kessler, etc all admitted he hurt them during the fight but people think Cal has no pop in his punches. I guess his opponents are just being overly generous and saying he hurt them so Joe doesnt get his feelings hurt. Calzaghe opponents must be a bunch of sweethearted guys

If this had happened 5 years ago it would have been the best fight of the decade. I hope it does itself justice. I think people might be underestimating Jones here although I still have Calzaghe to win.

If Bernard can drop Calzaghe with the first punch he hits him with, Roy is going to ROCK HIS WORLD. Look for this to look like a typical Roy fight by the 3rd round. Joe's only chance it to get rough and push the pace. Hopefully Roy goes for the KO, but I doubt it. Calzaghe has good power, but it is more from timing and technique. He hasn't KO'd anyone since I heard of him. Not even a knockdown.

Yes and that is true, but you think Roy is Lacy? lol and I highly doubt those glass hands will KO Roy........

Grandpa Hop was cautious about lil joe's punches because that's how Hopkins fights with everyone. He is a defensive fighter. Or did you not know that?

Believe it, Joe wont have Roy scared of a KO. To beat JONES you need him scared and fearing of that "ONE PUNCH" ko power to make him punch shy...

                    I'll say it again...

When was the last time Joe KO'ed anyone?
When was the last time he HURT someone?
When was the last time he even knocked down someone?
When was his last hand injury?
When has he fully committed to actually HITTING someone hard???????? and NOT slapping???????????????????
Can glass hands break a glass jaw??????????????????

                    Think about it.

Jones lost 3 times (not counting the DQ) by way of Knock out and the other on points to the guy that knocked him out the first time. Why did he lose on points, because he was scared...... Scared of the ONE punch that put him to sleep......

Joe hasn't done anything of the kind in HOW many years??????????????? lol

Joe is looking to do his patty cake "pitty pat" windmil super flurry slaps to land more and win a 12 rounder on points. As he has done for HOw many years now..... hmmmmmmmm?

AGAIN..... to beat Jones you need to put fear in his eyes with the one punch KO..... NOT swinging wildly and hoping to hit something.

Jones knows what to expect reason he said Joe will start punching Friday night and wont stop until Sunday morning..... a nice way of putting it

I'm not saying in any way that Jones will kill Joe I'm just saying Joe's so called "power" shattered SEVERAL years ago.... He is looking to win simply on his work rate.

Joe's punches are like when your little sister (or a baby girl holding a feather) keeps slapping you on the arm. After about 1000 times yeah it hurts. Does it knock you out? lol **** no. It hasnt knocked anyone out in how long? Or knocked someone down in how long? Or hurt someone in how long?

                      Calzaghe is not generally a hard hitter, nor does he try to be. It's not his, or really Roys major strong point. Given this, with weak hands and not really trying;

Calzaghe hurt Kessler, Kessler admitted as much.

Calzaghe knocked Lacy down and hurt him, his face was mashed.

These are just in the past couple of years.

These are with the weak broken hands of Calzaghe's.

WESS, I don't know how many times one can say this.

Please watch in full, experience, accept and realise what's going in matters and fights, before you speak of said matters. I like you, and at times it's embarrassing mate.
