Yea, Sweet pea wasn't a puncher, so had to win with his skills. And he only ever lost 1 time decisivly (Tito). Also, Ray Robinson should get a mention as should Tommy Hearns,

When Hearns boxed he was fantasic. Good speed, accuracy, great power. He just had a weak chin.

Pernell Whitaker with Floyd Mayweather slightly behind. Then Ali...the rest, that'd take to long to put them in order.

Sweet Pea hands down. Dude was amazing no KO power and what was his record? 40-4-1 17 KOs. He was 33 when he finally started losing. Not bad with no power. DLH, Trinidad, and Clavicle broken vs. Bojorquez. I still believe he won JCC. Amazing boxer skills for days. If you could build the perfect boxer you would just add power to Sweet Pea.
