Antonio Margarito's Ring Return Postponed Until Next Year

This is actually good news for Margarito. This delays the inevitable: A late stoppage at the hands of Joshua Clottey.

There is a good chance now, Margarito will escape his destruction at the hands of Clottey who will probably end up fighting someone else.

I know you Margarito fanboys disagree but your boy was being handily manhandled until the 4th and 5th rounds in which Joshua injured both his left and right hand. And still Margarito failed to hurt much less stop a no handed fighter in Joshua Clottey. I know the truth hurts guys but find a way to live with it.

Weird because I was just thinking about this earlier today. Typically a fighter gets an 8 week camp at the least and it's already a week into Sept. without the fight being signed.

Even if it was signed tomorrow they would only get 7 weeks to prepare in camp. And I'm sure both guys are up to 175-180 at this point.

Actually I'm a fan of Clottey & PW too so you're pretty off about me being a hater. If you look at the fight Clottey was still throwing punches with his so called hurt hand. Clottey is one tough MF but all those punches that he was blocking caught up to him(broke him down mentally). Yes, I'm aware of the punches thrown/missed. The end result is that Margarito won. Get over it. What's your next excuse if they rematch and the result is the same?

margarito should try fighting willliams, mosley or mayorga in his next fight. seems he's busy shopping for an opponent when williams is just lurking in the corner.
