Pacman vs Oscar will be Huge moneywise.
A fight with williams or mora will not be as big.
Unless they aggressively push paul williams on a media tour and put him on every single talk **** like jay leno, letterman, regis, conan, jimmy, etc...and he has to do so much PR he wont have time to train.

ODLH, while great for boxing, needs to stop this as when he leaves, he will leave a trail of this same bull**** and boxing DOES NOT need this nor does his career deserve it! Leave with your legacy intact Oscar, stop trying to fool even the average of fan into thinking you aren't living up to some master plan. Pick a God damn fight already!

delahoya has reasons not to fight margarito:
1. he is scared margarito will make his exit disgraceful;
2. he is afraid more mexicans will hate him more if he wins over margarito; though many
mexican boxing fans (except the ladies) already hate him;
3. he is unwilling to part with the bulk of the purse with margarito;
4. he want an easy fight.

And you're right, internationally, a Pacquiao-DLH fight would do much better.
Originally posted by Luciano View PostYeah I agree, Pac-man is built up. But the size difference is a huge obstacle as far as taking it seriously in the mind of a mainstream fan. And Pacman barely drew 200k vs Diaz it's not like he's a PPV star himself. But you're right, he's definitely 100x more known to the mainstream fan then Williams. DLH fought guys like Quartey and Mosley when he was unknown, he has a history of doing this and taking on all comers. He fought Hopkins who was not a draw AT ALL which is even more dangerous. People just hate on him.
I think he had a different mindset when he fought guys like Mosley, Quartey and Hopkins, his mindset now is much more money oriented, he's more businessman than fighter.

Exactly, people know Pacquiao, he did do 500k against Marquez so he can do well at the box office with a known opponent.
