Despite all of the reports that pronounced the fight dead, Oscar De La Hoya maintains that a bout with WBC lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao is still possible for December 6 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao officially walked away from the fight on Wednesday after De La Hoya refused to come down from his 70-30 revenue split and told rejected Pacquiao counter-offer of 60-40. Well at least De La Hoya is giving Paul Williams some respect.
P. Willy should definitely get more props on boxingscene. It is all about Mayweather and Marg for some reason. So maybe Margarito isn't get the biggest fights because of his fanbase and unfinished business with the punisher....we will see...

Its not like DLH v Margarito would be a sanctioned championship fight. What the heck is all this talk about finishing business with Williams?? If Oscar respects Williams so much, then he should fight him instead of looking for guys half his size. Oscar loses alot of respect here.

Who has ever heard of a fighter saying you have unfinished business with that guy. This is ridiculous!

Seriously if Pac just looked at the big freaking stack of dough he would be getting I don't know why he would be bitching about the bout.
