Hopkins gets discredited for fighter smaller guys, yet Margarito does get not get discredited. We all know this man should be fighting at 154 or 160. But never have the balls to even dare about fighting at 160. He would be to slow and his punches won’t faze 154 or 160 as it does for 147.

So I guess you think Paul Williams is a perfect fit at 147? Boxers always fight at the lowest weight they can be effective at. Your post was embarrassing to read.

So many of the Margaritas now claim that Margarito is the greatest WW of this era despite his 5 losses & UD loss to another current WW title holder.
The 1st time Margarito moved up in weight he experienced yet another loss. Margarito is almost 6ft tall & walks around well over the 147 WW limit. Does anyone actually think he actually has the balls to move up in weight again to add to his legacy? Or will he camp out at WW for the rest of his career?

His loss to Santos was because he was butted and fighting in Puerto Rico. He didn't embarrass himself at all. Williams could have had that fight with Pavlik, but he priced himself out of it. Unlike you I don't give credit to fighters who talk about moving up, just the ones who actually do.
