how can you say Paul Williams caught Margarito on an off night, then use his loss against Quintana against him when he's actually avenged his loss and proved it was an off-night... something which Margarito hasn't done and as far as we know atm, has no intention of doing...

I agree. I can't call Margo the best in the division until he beats Williams. Williams did prove that he had an off night: 12 rd decision compared to a 1st round annihilation

And for the record although I'm a fan of Cotto why would you rank him above Williams after getting brutaly tko'd?!?
