I think a lot of staunch Cotto supporters convinced themselves that Cotto wasn't hurt in the Mosley fight because of his post-fight denial but his behaviour in the latter rounds was very similar to when he was forced to retire by Margarito. In my opinion Mosley had Cotto hurt quite badly and close to quitting, if he had applied more pressure he may very well have forced the stoppage the same way Margarito did.

SSM don't got as much power as Tony. He had in in the same predicament but didn't have the pop to finish him. Cotto wasn't severely hurt against Shane, but he was hurt and tired near the end, which usually means KO. Shane just couldn't finish him when he had the chance.Comment
