risk - manny gets knocked the **** out and is never the same fighter again.

reward - $15 to $20 million dollars or P800 to P900 million pesos

if they don't fight:

risk - manny doesn't get that money and may never get the equal amount as that in his next 3-4 fights.

reward - he won't be damaged severely by oscar and can continue to campaign at his current division.
