Is Berto a threat to either Margarito or Cotto?

At this point, obviously Andre Berto is being groomed for a fight with the welterweight elite probably in 2009. Not ready this year. Will Berto be a serious threat to beat either Cotto or Margarito by that time? How good is Berto in your opinion?

I don't see why not. He's got a sizzling right hand and some athleticism.
He can and will improve. He's not ready now, but he's a good a talent as any and has got some thunder.
