It's not exactly difficult to envisage Wlad tumbling from his pedestool as heavyweight kingpin. He's not exactly infallible. We've seen him KO'd a few times, he does telegraph punches, he paws, he's not always the most authoratative of fighters. On song he can look menacing, slightly off it he can look garbage, flaw-ridden. I think Haye has a chance. He has a realistic chance. But if Wlad can catch him with a big right hand...I dont think Haye can take many of those, any one could do the trick and leave him stretched out. It's an intriguing match up. The more fights a boxer has the more damage it causes. Hatton is a prime example.
There's reasoning why Haye wants as fewer fights as possible before he fights Wlad, especially at heavyweight.
Fights wear down boxers slowly and the amount of fights Wlad's had is starting to take its toll, judging from his last performance.Comment

I would easily say that he is much better at heavyweight. People assume that he is a cruiserweight, but actually he is also a natural heavyweight.Comment
