no excuses here! Sometimes in life you only get one shot at something. This is margarito's shot at cotto. Unless it's a really great fight and would make tons of money i doubt arum puts these guys in against each other a second time. He'd only be hurting two of his biggest fighters. I just want to make one comparison that will determine the outcome of this fight. lets look at cotto fisrt. Cotto is a highly skilled boxer who is very versatile and at the same time will exchange punches...UNTIL he gets hurt!!!! repeat UNTIL he gets hurt. Then he becomes a coward running away ducking and dodging. Now look at Margarito Highly skilled mexican style fighter who loves a good brawl. Has boxing skills. He has proven time and time again that when he is hurt his offense never becomes defensive. Give him your best shot..if it doesnt ko him he is not going to stop punching or coming forward. and you cannot run from margarito. I like cotto but i dont see him lasting for the simple fact he cannot win in a exchange wint antonio and you will see brawls all throught out this fight. margarito will win either by stoppage or MD(majority decision meaning one judge will call it even and two judges will give it to antonio)Comment

yes boxing skills. if you watch margarito's last few fights he has good head movement he can turn away your punch and he can throw a god jab. He also has the cleanest uppercuts that he can throw with either hand. he has a wider range of vriety punches than cotto who only throw a left hook jab and straight right hand. maragrito throws the book at you. watch his fights.Comment

What does Margarito think he is accomplishing by saying this? Cotto isn’t 7, he is a professional athlete. This isn’t going to get to him. And I’m not trying to disrespect Margarito as I definitely admire his boxing prowess but everyone knows he is the underdog in this fight so all a comment like this does is make him look foolish. Even the biggest Margarito fan that believes he will win doesn’t actually think it’s going to be easy. Heck, I’m sure even Margarito doesn’t really believe it. It’s just disingenuous…

"VIVA", you really talk highly of margarito. Are you related to him, is he your close and personal friend or is this the product of your "Pipe Dreams". If it's one of the first two, then cool, back-up your boy, but if not, Lay off his nuts cuz doesn't even know who you are. We will all see who is stronger or more talented on the 26th.
