    P.S.
Kilrain, have you even seen Kessler fight? The guy's great defensively, but like any fighter who throws alot, he'll catch a few. He also has faster hands than Pavlik, and very similar reach. If anyone gets TKO'd in their first fight (I think there'll be three, total, simply because each fight will be so close and either could win it at any second) it'll probably be Pavlik. He's been down a few times against MWs, and is very hittable. The kid's got heart, but Kessler is a great fighter and a good finisher. Just no way to predict the outcome of this one. Toss a coin.

Sartison wasn't his best ever performance, that would be Calzaghe or Andrade, but it was a pretty typical Kessler win. He's not invulnerable and I'm sure the Calzaghe fight coupled with a long lay off damaged his confidence and sharpness, but as you say he got better as the fight went on and I'm sure he'll be fine in future.

When did Kessler become a good fighter? Who has he beaten? Mundine. I wouldn’t compare him to Pavlik.

I think only Calzaghe fans rate Kessler so this resume looks better.

Kessler was a top 15 p4p fighter on every reputable list at the time he fought Calzaghe, he was a 2 belt world title holder that is now the top ranked SMW, now that Joe has moved to HW.

Do you actually like or watch boxing? Kessler is a good boxer because he clearly is. He has a ton of talent and is entertaining to watch. He has good wins over the likes of Siaca, Lucas, Mundine, Beyer, Andrade and importantly never looked close to being beaten in any of those fights. He also performed very well against Joe Calzaghe, and even though he didn't win, showed a wide repertoire of skills and abilities.

TOP 15??? When did matter if you were in top 15. It's really about who is P4P best nothing else. He went the distance with a bum Mundine. He is a good fighter, but some people seem to make him into a great fighter and is a threat to everyone. If you can’t KO Mundine, Pavlik is a whole different story.

LOL. How many times were you asked if you watch boxing in the “Hopkins is a smart fighter thread", don't use it on me.
WOW. Those are very big names and very good fighter. LOL. Kessler is a good fighter but isn't the class as Pavlik or even close. He did beat Mundine, but is Mundine something to be proud of.

That is an absurd opinion which reveals how little, in fact, you know about boxing. Sorry.

Pavlik has beaten Taylor twice an undefeated champion. Who has Kessler beaten to proven he is good as Pavlik. Mundine?
