Considering Williams beat Margarito convincingly, I see no way to explain why you have Margarito ahead of him.

Shane is 1-1 at WW in the past 3 years. There is no way he should be that high.

Mosley remains high for the same reason Judah does. They have done fairly well against the best (Cotto) and they still hinge a bit on past accomplishments. It's the same reason when Oscar jumps into a division, even for a day, he's always in the top 4-5 regardless of how long he's been there.

I think Clottey is a really tough name. But his problem is he hasn't gotten a fight against a name opponent other than Marg and Chico (RIP). But skill wise I think he's above Quintana.

Saddly I have to explain to you that someone at 3a is not higher than someone at 3b.

Against top WW's PW's is 2(1)-1 while Margarito is 3(2)-1....I believe having them 3a-3b is fair.
