Williams doesnt need Cotto, Williams has already beat a guy that most think will be Cotto's biggest test to date, not to mention Williams just finished Quintana in way more devastating fashion than Cotto did.

Hopefully PBF really does retire and we don't gotta hear anymore of this **** about "he ain't a draw" bein used an excuse to stop fights from happenin. I can't imagine any of the other top WW's sayin that **** to avoid Williams or anybody else. **** the PPV #s. We'll get real fights between real fighters in the 147 lb division if PBF stays home.
