Whats ironic is before his last 4 fights (judah, baldomir, de la hoya, hatton) he was the favorite, but tons of people said he was going to lose, either by weight or because the other fighter wanted it more. but he won every time and he gets hated for it because he wont continue this cycle.

but I suspect he will come back
Manny Pacquiao has 6 belts in 5 weightclasses as well. Difference is 3 of Manny's 6 are lineal titles while all of floyd's 6 were alphabet titles and was never considered the best titlist in his division until welterweight.

huh? I thought Floyd was the legit champ at 130, 135 and 147.

He was. But at every weight he was a champ he had serious threats to his status that he never fought like spadaforda and tsyu

Ray Robinson started his career at Lightweight, and was beating the Light Heavyweight Champion through 13 rounds before he had to quit due to heat stroke. Apparently he was sick for over a month, and had heat blisters all over his body. He was close to dying pretty much.

Henry Armstrong held 3 titles at the same time, and according to many was robbed for his 4th belt. This was with the original classes too. Featherweight, Lightweight, and Welterweight all at the same time.

What Foyd did was extremely impressive, but it's not unheard of.
