Who cares.. its clear he was just a coward. The only real fighter he beat was Corrales and that was only after he beat him in sparring.

GOOD for you floyd it is wise to retire from the sport at this time.We have real champions ready to fight the best and with you holding out that title and not fighting anyone it just take away from the REAL fighters of the sport. I've been saying this all along if he's all about getting money he needs out of boxing cuz boxing also requires heart guts and courage, he has none so thank u floyd, now pacman cotto marg and all the other real champions can move up thr p4p list

floyd probably realized that there are only some many excuses that one can make to not sign the match ups that the REAL BOXING FANS want to see. he's used every single one you can possibly think, he's not in my league (then fights gatti), he doesn't draw any fans (talking mostly about himself), he's a nobody, etc..... all the while floyd makes the "out of the way match ups", the next best thing in his eyes, when he should be fighting any and everyone, at least to give fans proper match ups, there have been at least a half dozen fights that we would all rather have seen then his last few performances, although i was hyped for the hatton fight, that was one in a long list that was fought or should've been fought, the rest, hand picked by floyd................... now his back is to the wall, if he picks anyone else he can't hide from the criticizm and knows it.

                Hmmm?

You might want to clarify "what you occasionally do for Margarito"

Am actually glad that he is retiring if it is indeed true that he has retire because now we wouldnt see all the haters on here anymore, Because they dont really have anyone else to discuss apart from him.

Man, I can't believe all the negative **** talkin round here, let the man retire. He came up from 130 and won alot of belts, knocked out people naturally heavier than him. If he didnt fight hatton, hes scared, he fights and wins, "big deal, hatton is smaller than him". BULL****. Too much hate around here. Go head FMJ, retire the best. P4P Champ!
