You're right I rewatched it, and it hit him. Hardly shook Calzaghe when I didn't notice it dip ****. Still probably distracted by Calzaghe's slapping motions.

This is exactly how i saw the fight and why i think Hopkins won. Here Hopkins lands 2 shots with his right. 1 to body and 1 to the jaw forcing Calzaghe back. At distance Calzaghe had some good strait lefts but that was it. Otherwise his shots didnt landed enough to claim the win by just being the aggressor and keep coming forward style.
HBO compubox stated Calzaghe landed more than 200 ?. TV or replay in other sports, maybe the time has come to boxing?
