Hopefully Gamboa can keep those hands up. You can tell he tries but he said in an interview it is a habit since childhood, so it's gonna be a bit tough to break.
I think he will make the necessary improvements, anyone see how disappointed he looked even though he clearly won the fight?

If Gamboa can improve his defense he really could become an incredible boxer. Sometimes getting knocked on your butt can be a great motivator however so ironically maybe the knockdown was the best thing that could have happened to him.
